Special Health Considerations

Please notify our front desk staff if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant.  All of this information can also be completed on your Guest Intake Form upon arrival at the spa.

 

Prenatal Massage

All clients receiving a prenatal massage must be in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters.  If under a doctor’s care, the client must bring in a doctors order to allow the prenatal massage to take place.

 

Age Requirements

All spa guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment or use the fitness facility.

 

Cellular Phones

All cellular phones must be turned off upon entering the spa for your comfort, as well as others.  Cellular phone usage is restricted to the lobby.

 

Arrival

We suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to sign in, shower if necessary, and also to fill out the Guest Intake Form.

 

Shaving Before Treatments

We recommend shaving a minimum of four hours prior to service.  We only use professional products with active ingredients; shaving may cause sensitivity to the products.

 

Late Arrival

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment.  Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.  The full value of your treatment will be applied.

 

Gratuity

A 20% gratuity will be added to all services.

 

Cancellation Policy

Spa treatment times are reserved especially for you.  We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule.  Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee and/or count as one session used.  As a courtesy to the following clients, late arrivals will only receive their time they scheduled for treatments.
