John Burr
John has been a certified Personal Trainer with A.A.F.A. for 8 years now.  His specialty is sports training, as he was a letterman in high school in basketball, football, soccer, tennis, and track.  In college he participated on the track team as a high jumper and was a 1999 All-American as well as being part of the 2001 Indoor National Championship team for McKendree College.

1 Hour Sessions

These sessions consist of cardio, resistance training, free weights, abs, and core conditioning.

30 Min. Sessions

These sessions consist of only weight training exercises.  Cardio and abdominal exercises should be completed on your own before or after the workout.

This workout solely concentrates on the abdominal region and will last about 20 minutes.  Want to get those rock hard abs?  This is the workout for you!
