Summer is around the corner and Solera has the workout you need! Introducing the Solera Summer Body Workout Program!! 18 Sessions, 3 times per week, 1 on 1 with a personal trainer, getting the results in those dreaded areas that summer requires. During our 45 minute - 1 hour sessions, we will work on the arms, thighs, butt, and stomach, to give you that body you want for the bikni and short shorts! 6 weeks of these workouts and you will be the first to breakout in your summer clothes!!
